I just have the most amazing experiences here, and you’re not supposed to... (or so I’ve been told in the past) They booked me in no problem, took care of me right away and are very warm and welcoming. It’s less like getting drilled and pulled and more like hanging out with friends!

Nothing better than the feel of freshly cleaned teeth. Thank you for the great service. From Kim at the front desk - who is always so friendly and helpful when I am making appointments for me and my family; Sonia my Hygienist who always takes such care to ensure my mouth is clean and healthy; also Dr. Renelle Richard who explains everything so well. Let's face it.... going to the dentist is never FUN but I actually look forward to my visits with this team.

I can't say enough good things about Dr. Eatmon, Stephanie and the rest of the ladies at the office! That have managed to help curb my anxiety of going to the dentist caused by prior experiences and make me calm and look forward to seeing them all. From the time I walk in to the office the ladies at the front desk are smiling, friendly, personable and always reassuring. Stephanie always is friendly, sweet and funny and a big party of me being calm is thanks to her! Dr Eaton is friendly, down to earth but a true professional who is a perfectionist at what she does which is super reassuring and have total trust in her! I recommend this office to everyone and will continue doing so. Thank you ladies for everything you do to make my experience the best possible 💗

I have been bringing my 8 year old daughter who has ADHD and ODD and Dr. Eatmon has been very patient with her and tries to make the experience as relaxed as possible. Her and her assistant usually have my baby girl giggling. She's had fillings and a tooth pulled and all has gone great. Not only that but they do direct billing as well as top up if you have other insurance so it's great on the wallet.

I had a pleasant first experience at Smiles Dental Docs with Dr. Eatmon. She was very understanding of my anxious feelings and made me feel more at ease (especially with the extra-strength freezing). I am grateful she was able to squeeze me in right away to fix a chipped tooth! And she did a wonderful job! I would highly recommend, especially if you need any aesthetic filing done. I look forward to bringing my young children there very soon. Dr. Eatmon has a great personality and I can see her being great with the kids. And I also look forward to booking my future appointments with her as well. The staff was great as well! Very attentive and personable.

I'm 46 and this has seriously the best dental service experiences I've ever had in my life!!! Going through numerous sessions to fix a lot of dental issues, and every time they've been awesome! (1) Charge directly to insurance, so I'm not out of pocket, and when booking next apt. they confirm potential costs and that insurance is covering it. (2) Apt. process is great, with a text confirming next apt., a text the morning of the apt. to confirm no issues, and a follow up call to me after my reply text that I'm in the parking lot (during COVID) advising me to come up. (3) All staff (Up front and back areas) are awesome, cheerful, helpful, informative and experts at what they do! I thoroughly enjoy my sessions, and we usually have a few good laughs!! Thank you all for the great work and experiences, you rock!!

This is the first time, that a dental experience has been good for me. I have had a lot of terrible dental experiences that caused me a lot of anxiety and made me not want to go to a dentist at all! Today was the first time I went to a dentist anxiety free. From the incredible receptionists who were friendly to Dr Eatmon who was excellent and compassionate. It was a great experience. The hygienist and assistants were excellent as well. I Highly recommend.

5 stars! Great DR! My 7 year old had to get his tooth pulled. Dr Richard is amazing with kids. Made him feel comfortable and get it done quickly and efficiently. Although pulling a tooth is never fun, he left with a smile :)

Did my filling with them in July and couple months after I'm still in pain. I called in and they tried there best to accommodate me and fix the problem. Will be going in this week to solve it. Receptionist was really nice about it and said it normally happens.

I absolutely love the staff at smile dental docs. My husband and I both had dental emergencies back to back just weeks apart and we decided to come here because we had such a great experience when we brought our son here. I absolutely love Dr. Eatmon (Cail now I believe). She is honestly so sweet and has the best personality. I have a lot of anxiety issues and her and her assistants made me feel so comfortable and at ease. I highly suggest if you're looking for a dental office with such caring people, come here because they're so amazing!

Nothing but wonderful service at Smiles Dental Docs. All the staff are very welcoming and kind. My cleaning with Sonia was the most pleasant cleaning I've ever experienced! She was thorough and clearly explained everything she was about to do. I'm not nervous going to the dentist but I know a lot of people are -- if that's you, this is the kind of care and attention you want!

I have visited this clinic a few times and the staff have always been so wonderful. Last week I had a problem with a tooth which I had a Root Canal done on years ago and it was giving me problems. I had seen a dentist at another location and he referred me to a specialist with not much more info. I went to Dental Docs , I saw Dr Zak, he was absolutely wonderful. So knowledgeable and took the time to explain everything to me. He went out of his way to actually investigate and after a through examination around the tooth , he found the problem and fixed it. What relief. If you have dental issues , this is the Dentist to see. !! .

Dr. Zak is AMAZING! I have always been anxious about going to the dentist and due to bad experiences i was neglectful of my teeth for a while. Dr. Zak made sure I felt comfortable and at ease in every procedure he has done for me. He's very caring, explaining everything he is doing and really makes sure you are at ease. Ive never even felt him numb me that's how amazing he is, HIGHLY recommend this dentist for anyone who may have anxieties with dentists. His team is great and his assistant Shalyn was super personable and friendly ! The best dental team I have ever encountered! Front desk is also super friendly and on the ball!

Absolutely amazing team at Smiles! Dr. Zak was absolutely outstanding, extremely gentle and patient with me and explained everything very clearly and the assistant was super comforting and reassuring every step of the way! As someone with pretty severe dental anxiety they were very patient and explained what was coming next and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process of having two extractions! I barely felt a thing and if I did experience pain they immediately stopped and made sure that I was fully numbed again before proceeding! Definitely helped a lot!

Excellent service and care at Smiles Dental Docs! From the receptionists to Dr Mohammed Al-Kutbi and his assistant, the process was explained in detail and the rates are competitive and they offer direct billing. Great service and an great team!

I went in for a scheduled appointment with Dr Richard on Oct 24.I was booked for a small filling on a lower tooth, but one of my upper front crowns cracked and fell off a week before. It was not painful or sensitive and my smile is such that it was rarely visible, so I asked to book a later appointment. Dr Richard and her Assistant, Veronique, INSISTED!! On doing both that day. So in 40 minutes that amazing team team did a full crown on my upper tooth and the scheduled filling on my lower tooth. The crown is a fairly new technology called BioClear and it looks and feels as good as the $2000 crown it replaced. I am a retired Dentist so I can appreciate talent and teamwork. I wholeheartedly recommend Dr Renelle Richard and her team. On my best day as a Dentist, I could not have delivered what they did and I did a few big cases. Dr Steve O’Brien
